Holly crap Batman! It looks like at least four of my postings dis-a-friggen-peared into the ether.
At the last LPCO BoD meeting we voted on what would be presented at the convention in the way of by-laws and constitution amendments and changes. Norm wants to see them written up in some legalistic form that he presented to me. I worked on some of it and sent out several emails to this list asking for help, but alas something with the CU list-server ate them or parts of them. I am going to post and re-post what we need to accomplish in the next few weeks before the convention. Ideally, we should have this ready for the next BoD meeting, but I don't see it happening. Since the BoD already voted on what will and won't appear for member vote it really isn't necessary. Steve Gallant has an idea for a change to the statement of principles (or removal of a pledge to them at all) that really doesn't apply to the constitution or by-laws. I will send that along as well.
