Thank you for your answer. That explains it. I also do not know of any person who wrote educational materials and had access to your item pool. I don't think I implied that. Note it was a LPI representative's reply that vaguely said "no one outside of LPI has any access to LPI's question pool" which could easily be misunderstood that all LPI members have access to the question pool. And since we know that some LPI people have written educational materials (after or during their LPI involvement -- and some before), then maybe they had access to your item pool.
