Hi there,
Technically, your certification never 'expires'. It only goes inactive
after 5 years (not 10). This means that your certification will always
be listed on the LPI site. It's just the active status that will change
to inactive.
You can always check your record in the candidate area:
https://www.lpi.org/caf/Xamman/candidate_area
It should be accurate on the date that the certification goes inactive.
PS - You may want to contact Scott (slamberton at lpi) so that he can
work with the affiliate (I'm guessing it's an affiliate) to correct the
misunderstanding.
