Jozef, The LPI staff have stated on this list that your old LPI 201 and a new LPI 202 is valid for LPI-2 certification. You can probably check the list archives if you wish to verify this. I am in the same boat. What would be fantastic is if LPI 202 candidates could opt to take the old exam. However I take the exam at a Pearson VUE partner facility. So there are 3 organizations in the mix for peeps like me: LPI, Pearson/VUE and the training facility. My attempts at getting an answer out of Pearson/VUE have sadly been a little frustrating. Thus the only way for me to be sure that my exam prep will match the exam is to study for new LPI 202 and take the exam "sometime after April 1st". Even though there is a minority of old LPI 202 that is obsolete in 2009 (imho) I would like to take that specific exam. My training materials are all geared for that exam, purchased at my own expense and I study in my own time.
