Fairly well-known. It have both an "Open" and "Enterprise" edition. The Open edition have been available in Ubuntu since 8.04. It is currently in active development. The 4.x serie was a fork of winbind, with some polish and a GUI applet. The 5.x serie is mostly original code, AFAIK. I would say the architecture of the 5.x serie is solid and well-thought out. However, I would not include it in LPI at this point. It is still a fairly young project, and is subject to evolve rapidly in the short term. I would give it another two years or so to stabilize (in term of feature and interface) before I would consider it for an LPI objective. _______________________________________________ lpi-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://list.lpi.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/lpi-discuss
