The exams are 90 minutes, unless you have get an exam with extra beta questions, in which case you will have 33% more questions and time (120 mins and 80 questions) IIRC. I have only done the LPIC 1 and 2 exams, I don't know if the LPIC 3 exams are the same length.
According to lpi-uk.org (http://www.lpi-uk.org/faqs.html - I couldn't see it on lpi.org either): "All LPIC exams are 90 minutes each, unless they are taking one with pilot items. Then, it's 120 minutes. Ubuntu Level 1 is 60 minutes."
