This has been repeatedly discussed over and over again on this list over the years. The general consensus each time is that it seems to be unimplementable in any reasonable fashion.
Besides, LPI is testing for something entirely different to Cisco, RHEL and other Lab-based exams. So including such in the LPI exam would be a complete change of focus away from what LPI is certifying. Again, there is lots of information about this in the archives and on LPI's site.
