Hi Marcus Becker, this Certification is related to Novell PartnerNet Programs. Novell develop this new training for the future. New novell' partners will require to pass DCTS exam while subscribing to novell partnership programs.
As this certification requirements are CLA, they automactically distribute it to CLA holders. I received this certification also, but it was because i am Novell Silver Partner, i think you should check if you are not a novell partner of if you have never subscribe to PartnerNet Program.
