I am regularly asked about this material.  Perhaps because it is "free" ;-)

I revisited your site and noted your project goals. I think the 
community on this list would particularly welcome your commitment for 
study guides on LPIC-2 and LPIC-3.  As you know, there is a significant 
amount of material available for LPIC-1 at the moment but this 
discussion list regularly features questions about study material for 
level 2 and 3.

Please keep us posted on your progress.
