at this moment on lab.oscert.net there are 2 options:
- first, and generally for all site, all contents are licensed under
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
- second, for some contents, included
http://lab.oscert.net/lpi/lpic-301 is licensed under
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/

but on general i suggest to read (legal notice|license) from any
sites. For example wikipedia release it's content under
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ wicth implies that you
MUST release derivated work under same license or similar
