I guess there is a little mistake on the article :

In the "Too Complicated: Too Hard To Learn and Use" section :

"Yes, but day by day unsupported software becomes less and less true, as
hardware people find out that not supporting GNU/Linux (or Android)
means fewer hardware sales"

should be :

"Yes, but day by day unsupported hardware becomes less and less true, as
hardware people find out that not supporting GNU/Linux (or Android)
means fewer hardware sales"
