If the people at the VUE location where you take your exams play along you can 
take as many exams one after the other as will fit into your (or their) day. 
If you fail any of those you will have to retake those specific exams before 
you will get the certificate in question, and there are rules for the timing 
of re-takes (in particular, IIRC there must be a week between a failed exam 
and the re-take).

There's nothing to keep you from taking LPIC-2 or LPIC-3 exams even if you 
haven't passed LPIC-1 (or LPIC-2) first. It's just that you won't have the 
actual LPIC-2 or LPIC-3 certificate sent to you before you have completed all 
the requirements for LPIC-1 (or LPIC-2).
