LPI and Red Hat have always had Security at all levels.

<Personal History>
I'll be blunt, in 2002-2003, I was Linux+, LPIC-1/2 and RHCT/RHCE
certified, all 3 sets taken. Linux+ was a joke, and the industry said so,
with LPI and Red Hat having 10x as many certified.

That's why it wasn't a shocker that CompTIA came to LPI, and partnered.
</Personal History>

I wish CompTIA all the best in their new program, and I'm going to be
watching closely. If they showcase new merits, then they will rewrite their
history, in a positive way.

So let's all just sit back and let it happen, and re-evaluate after such.
