The materials (slides, video, etc.) are ready to be posted, however it
may just be held up in the pipeline to be made available on the website.
I know that the team that handles that has been very busy of late,
especially with getting materials ready for our upcoming AGM, so it
shouldn't be too much longer before it's available on the site.
I also recall receiving an email from you confirming your attendance to
the webinar, and your profile was updated to reflect this. As for the
email you sent, I did find a record of it dated April 8 of this year. I
found it in one of our other queues, so I apologize that you did not
hear back from us sooner. I will follow up with you on Monday as to what
our next steps are for you to obtain Approved Trainer status. Feel free
