hi folks, I'm in North Carolina, USA and we've been hit pretty hard with a
snowstorm down here. The last email that I recieved before the storm was
that the website was waiting for the DNS servers to pick up the changes
(which still doesn't work for me) and the newest one I got was one
complaining about spelling and this one. 

What have I missed. Obviously something since there is a statement about a
draft proposal. Was that the one that someone was complaining about
spelling on? (Just trying to get my timeline back on track here).
