Obj 3: Setup user level security

Set limits on user logins, processes, and memory usage.
To set limits on user logins, we'd use pam_limits.co and make it a required
module for login. However, PAM isn't covered elsewhere on the General
Linux 1 exams. Putting a single item in and not mentioning PAM seems to be
the tip of the iceberg. Is this objective after something other than one
particular PAM config, or are we covering basic PAM setup here?
