We are needing about 6 more items to reach our quantitative goals for the
hardware section. In particular, 2 of the 4 hardware objectives (listed
below) need more items. There were no items currently submitted for the
PCMCIA hardware objective at all, therefore I need a few items for this
area specifically.

Please submit items you feel appropriate directly to me within the next
three days. If you need details on item writing guidelines again, please
contact me.

The objectives needing items follow:

<h3>Obj: 2.4.1</h3>
<p>Candidates should be able to configure and implement software RAID.
This objective includes using mkraid tools and configuring RAID 0, 1, and
5.</p>

        <li>mkraid</li>
        <li>/etc/raidtab</li>
</ul>


<h3>Obj: 2.4.4</h3>
<h3>Objective ID 2.4.4: Configuring PCMCIA Devices</h3>
<p>Includes task IDs 4.8.1 4.8.2</p>
<p>Candidates should be able to configure a Linux installation to include
PCMCIA support. This objective includes configuring PCMCIA devices, such
as ethernet adapters, to autodetect when inserted.</p>

        <li>/etc/pcmcia/</li>
        <li>*.opts</li>
        <li>cardctl</li>
        <li>cardmgr</li>
