Just to clarify, the current discussion about Level 2 Objectives will go on file for review during our first revision (or possibly after beta publishing), as we cannot make any revisions to our current objectives. As for the objective numbering issue, I did request that whatever system worked for both you and Alan, to impelement it and notify me or send me the updated file. I was never notified nor had an updated file sent to me, therefore I continued working on my current file copy. I did not "change" any Objective IDs, as I had no knowledge that any existed outside of what Alan and I were using. IDs were created to allow for IDs to be assigned to the Items during development in relation to the Objectives. Again, please coordinate with Alan whatever numbering scheme works and doesn't conflict with his system. I will vote for the most simple system. Alan can update me with whatever system is implemented. As for the proposed scheme from one listmember who said a system which showed relation between Level 1 and Level 2, I did propose such a system, but it was decided that the developmental growth between the various levels didn't easily fit into the same categories, therefore a schematic numbering scheme between the Levels to determine that areas had advanced was not possible. -- Kara Pritchard Phone: 618-398-7360 Author, RHCE Exam Cram Director of Exam Development http://www.lpi.org/ Site Manager http://www.LinuxUsersGroups.org/ -- -- This message was sent from the lpi-examdev mailing list.
