Do we or do we not, that is the question.
We do not collect a survey with any Level 2 exams, because the 17 question survey that exists didn't really supply anything useful, even though it is being used for Level 1. The problem is, that Galton created this survey in its executable format. We do not have the source file. So, I cannot recreate the survey to be used with Prometric, and really I shouldn't be passing around the compiled versions, as it would violate licensing agreements. I spoke with our psychometrician, and the demographic information that's supposed to be collected with that survey can be used to analyze smaller groups, but it doesn't affect the actual results of the beta. Since we are discussing with the marketing people methods for creating a useful survey, and since we're crunched for time and don't want to hold up the publishing process any longer, does anyone have any problems NOT providing a survey during the beta period, instead focusing on developing a useful one for when we launch the final product later this year? If we skip the survey, VUE should test my files by tomorrow, and be able to schedule the publish date, as will Prometric. -- Kara Pritchard Phone: 618-398-7360 Director of Exam Development http://www.lpi.org/ -- _______________________________________________ Lpi-examdev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lpi.org/mailman/listinfo/lpi-examdev
