I am looking for a group of 8-12 individuals whose minimum qualifications
are equal to or above the job description set for the Level 1 LPIC. I
need to obtain a copy of the original "job description" for this level,
but here is a summary:

http://www.lpi.org/c-process.html#LPIC1

The "work" is fairly tedious, but more important than I can properly
explain. The first step will be using the job description and defining our
"minimally qualified candidate". Then SMEs (subject matter experts) from
the group will rate each item against the minimally qualified candidate by
how likely is the minimally qualified candidate going to get this item
right. It can also be thought of by "how many minimally qualified
candidates of 100% will get this right. The minimum will be .2 (20%)
because if someone just picked an answer randomly, and there are 5
answers, he/she has a 1/5 (or .2) chance of getting it right.

This is completed on your own, then collaborated with the group until we
come to a consensus of what the rating should be.

Does that answer your question? :-)
