The job is the exam.  For L3-Security, it's a Security 
Administrator/Consultant.  For L2, It's a Sr. Systems administrator.

You're correct that "secure a DNS server" is a bit more broad than the 
task we're looking for.  While that may be a category, the point is to 
define the various tasks that a Security Consultant (or whatever the 
topic) has to do for his/her job.
