Hello,
I think Virtualization should be its own certification outside the realm
of LPI, yes LPI should cover VMI, KVM, Xen, etc. but there is a broader
need for a straight technical virtualization certification that goes far
above and beyond these technologies and addresses virtualization
specifically in a vendor neutral fashion.
Best regards,
Edward

High Availability and Virtualization
This list is sorely missing a "Storage" exam (LVM, GFS/OCFS2, iSCSI/AoE,
SAN and friends).
This is what one encounters and uses in setting up HA and virtualization and
should be covered under that topic.
Also, what do people think about 'secondary' exams that are a little
more niche such as:
Carrier Grade Linux
Telephony
In my 10+ years as an independant Linux professional, I've never had one
single question of my customers related to those topics, IMHO this will be
difficult to sell.
Regards,
Sander
