Hi,

I know that issue.net is used in the telnet login, but I was wondering
why it is mentioned in the LPI program when telnetd is not even considered.

I think that LPI refers only to ssh for remote login, so I would
consider more appropriate mentioning the Banner directive instead of it.
But still I'm not so sure that this should have such a relevance.
