Just a pendantic point here.  The 1. and 2. have been dropped from the
objective numbering.  It is just 107.3 now.

That's the point :)

Keep in mind that this objective is concerning issues in I18N and L10N.  That
means not just setting it for your preferred languages but the repercussions
of doing so.
