I should think that candidate should be aware of the UDF and ISO9660 filesystems plus the extensions like Joliet, Rock Ridge and El Torito. And, to be fair, probably HFS filesystems. Since most people create combo/hybrids, I don't think the details of creating each type need to be memorised. However, I just found that Ubuntu went and installed genisoimage on me when I asked for mkisofs. Does anyone have experience with this command or know much about its history and spread into other distros? We may need to add that to the objective. > Do we need to know how to burn CDs ? Nah. How hard is it to type k3b :) This objective is just on making them. Keep in mind that this objective has a weight of 2. That means 2 questions on the exam and we also have to cover autofs.
