ip command is very useful for basic and advanced network setups, people are 
used to ifconfig, I would recomend learn /sbin/ip on its basic usage, learn how 
to use ip to set basic networking, just like ifconfig.

Another observation, in this topic this is the required knowledge: "Configuring 
wireless networks " but only iwconfig is included, iwconfig cannot be used to 
configure secure Wireless Networks using WPA family, nowdays people dont use 
WEP in their wireless networks, I think wpa_supplicant should be covered, at 
least simple WPA Passphrase setups.
