It depends on how you want to help.
Essentially, though, you need some expertise using the relevant technology.
Also, if your role is more managerial, the JTA (Job Task Analysis) is also
available.
I'll be making more announcements as we organise everything, keep an eye on
the wiki for a draft (but I'll be announcing it privately to the volunteers
for comment, grammar, etc).
