Just where the heck did this come from? I've seen a great number of mistakes in CompTIA's programs. But those have nothing to do with LPI. LPI also tests to a much greater level of experience and knowledge level than CompTIA. LPI is also built heavily on volunteers, and not direct vendor funding, often with a heavy slant (like Microsoft). As far as "National Certification," any "Nation" can and should feel free to help "finance" non-profit programs like LPI if they feel it is not producing exams that mitigate issues that you suggest. -- Bryan P.S. None of my statements reflect the views of my employer -- who happens to be, in some eyes, "the competition." I've sat CompTIA, LPI and Red Hat exams over the years, and I respect LPI for their mission and focus. -- Bryan J Smith Professional, Technical Annoyance Linked Profile: http://www.linkedin.com/in/bjsmith -------------------------------------------------------- Only engineers can solve the growing needs of consumers Stop being "aware" (that's so '70s) and start supporting real solutions that actually work and sustain the planet _______________________________________________ lpi-examdev mailing list lpi-examdev@lpi.org http://list.lpi.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/lpi-examdev
