Aha, just the thing I've been looking for. A chance to prove to the 
world how little I truly know. Alternatively, how much things have 
changed.

Good idea Matt, count me in.

On a side note, I think that dead tree books aren't the best way to 
deliver technology courseware anymore, and it's been like this for a 
while. Things change very rapidly and wikis are well suited to keeping 
pace with these changes.
