As Matt says, we will probably have to cover Upstart and especially systemd in 
more detail in a future version of the exam.

Red Hat did us a disservice by including Upstart in RHEL 6. This means that we 
unfortunately can't ignore it outright, which would otherwise have been a very 
good idea since by the time the next update comes around, nobody except the 
poor users of RHEL 6 and derivatives (and possibly Ubuntu users) will still 
remember what Upstart was in the first place.
