Do you mean "will I be certified LPIC-2 if I pass the 201/202 exams by
14.04.2014?"  If so, I believe so.

The LPIC-2 card should be mailed to you once you pass the LPIC-2 exams
(and have an active LPIC-1).

Your LPIC-1 will have gone inactive and you'll have to retake them to
get the LPIC-2 to be awarded.
