Possibly. However, the LPIC-2 exam isn't supposed to be a grab-bag of »tools 
of the week«. We can probably add more tools at the »awareness« level but I 
wouldn't go overboard on the details. Also, we're really more interested in 
the principle of things, and if you have worked with one HTTP proxy server 
then getting up to speed with another one shouldn't really be a huge problem.

Yes, which might be one reason why these are profitably covered in LPIC-1 
already. (ssh-keygen is explicitly listed in the objectives, and at least our 
LPIC-1 training materials also cover ssh-copy-id, because it makes sense.)
