Hello,
    I can read on
https://www.lpi.org/study-resources/lpic-1-102-exam-objectives/ the
tzconfig command is listed in the "Terms and Utilities" section of the
"107.3 Localisation and internationalisation" Exam Objectives Topics. 
However, in Debian 8.0 Jessie I get this output from this command:

[alessandro@hal9k ~]$ /usr/sbin/tzconfig
WARNING: the tzconfig command is deprecated, please use:
 dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
[alessandro@hal9k ~]$

  Is this command still so relevant to be kept on the list?  Is this
command deprecated only in Debian (I cannot test other distributions
right now)?
