Of course, then we get into ...

  "Day-to-Day Usage" (Clients, Commands, not Setup)

Versus ...

  "Configuration" (Services, Repositories, not Day-to-Day)

So does the former go in a LPIC-1 -- or LPIC-2 if not 1 -- exam?

Just like NSS, PAM, etc... configuration of a client goes into a LPIC-1 --
or LPIC-2 if not 1 -- exam, while LDAP goes in a LPIC-3.

That's the type of question to be asked, alongside what the Objectives
cover.
