Hi All,
I am trying to compile the latest version of ifhp. It complains
about not using GNU "file" utility.

Questions
=========
I have visited the GNU Website, I could only find fileutil-4.0 (File
Management utilities), but not GNU program called "file".
I even installed fileutil-4.0 on my SGI, but there is no program called
"file" - see few lines above.
Does anyone know where this GNU program "file" is please?
Best regards,
Ray
