I second this issue, with the addition that not only is /tmp getting
littered with temporary files that stay, so are the spool directories.
The files in the spool directories appear to all be banner pages, and
the files in /tmp seem to be the complete jobs (data files prepended
with banner pages in some instances, depending on whether the queue is a
bounce queue) and the control files. It's turning into a real mess in
there. Anyone know what the @$#%^& is going on? What is the latest
version to which I can upgrade that won't barf all over my filesystems?

LPRng 3.6.19, ifhp 3.3.17, Solaris 2.6, built with gcc 2.8.1, in case
any of that matters.

If you need help, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or lprng-requests
or lprng-digest-requests) with the word 'help' in the body. For the impatient,
to subscribe to a list with name LIST, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
with: | example:
subscribe LIST <mailaddr> | subscribe lprng-digest [EMAIL PROTECTED]
unsubscribe LIST <mailaddr> | unsubscribe lprng [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you have major problems, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word
LPRNGLIST in the SUBJECT line.
