OK, I have thought about this, and it can be implemented,
but you will need to add some information to the 'all' printcap
entry:
a) You need to be able to specify the lists
b) You need to be able to select the lists
We can extend the 'all' printcap entry to allow us
to specify lists by name:
all:all=t1,t2,t3:list1=t1,t2:list2=t2,t3
Then we add the following option to lpq, lpc, lprm:
-g listname
lpc -g list1 would use the names in list1
lpc -g list2 would use the names in list1
lpc -a would use the 'all'
lpc -g all would use the 'all' entry as well.
Any comments?
