Modify accounting.pl to query your database when a printing process
is starting. If the user has exceed his quota return JREMOVE and the printing
job will be removed. It's pretty easy, take a look at accounting.pl. I have it
working with the user's info in a mysql database and it works just fine
(except that I can send a message to the user's screen..but that's another
thread)
