I'm trying to abuse wildcard queues, and failing. The setup:
LPRng-3.3.21
printcap contents:

*:sd=/var/spool/lpd/tandemspool:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:client
.mistral:sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P:rp=%P:rm=mistral.as.cmu.edu

...
What I'm trying to do is:
Certainly explicitly named printers go to the lpd @mistral.
All printers beginning with "po" also go to mistral.
Everything else goes to tandem.
Unfortunately, I don't get any matches against the "po*" entry.
