NO NO NO!!! 90 seconds is NOT long enough - you need more like 5 minutes.
The connect has to stay open until ALL the job has been printed.  And during
this time the &*())(*& HP does not honor the 'keepalive' packets, it wants
REAL DATA.  I set mine to 600,  which seems to be OK,  unless, of course,
the thing goes into warmup mode.
