The problem is that the PostScript interpreter does not like ^D
at the ends of jobs.
You need to set 'ps_eoj_at_start@' for ifhp-3.3.X
Stay tuned for ifhp-3.4.1, where you use 'ps_eoj_at_end@'
or even ps_eoj@.
