LPRng: Banner despite of "sh"

Hi,

a couple of months ago there was a discussion about LPRng printing
banners despite of the "sh" flag being set. I found this in the mailing
list archives, but couldn't find the solution. I have the same problem
with LPRng 3.6.13. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I append my printcap and lpd.conf files.
