I have had a request from our users about a particular printer which appears
to be printing jobs in smallest to largest job order when multiple jobs are
sent to the queue.
Printcap excerpt;
lp82|82|p-undblk1:\

:rm=ps-udale6:\
:rp=pr1:\
:sd=/usr/spool/lpd82:
ps-udale6 is a printserver and pr1 is the printer port 1 which is a parallel
printer.
How do I get the queue to print FIFO.
