See my answer to your previous mail.
The sf-flag will give a blank page between jobs.
You might also use the be-option (banner at end)

You might try this princap-entry:
pr024|hplj-5simx cn-dt:
  :lp=pr024%9100:append_z=a4:delete_z=letter:
  :ab:
  :bs=/opt/lprng/libexec/filters/psbanner: # Banner at start
  :ifhp=model=hp5simx:
  :if=/opt/lprng/libexec/filters/ifhp:
  :of:/opt/lprng/libexec/filters/ifhp:
  :sd=/usr/spool/lpd/%P:lf=/usr/adm/lpd-errs:
  :be=/opt/lprng/libexec/filters/psbanner: # Banner at end

>From lpd.conf:
# Purpose: banner printing program (see bs, be)
# default bp= (STRING)
# Purpose: banner printing program overrides bp
# default bs= (STRING) ^^^^^^^^^
# Purpose: end banner printing program overides bp
# default be= (STRING) ^^^^^^^^
