Hi, We have recently moved from Solaris lp to LPRng. We're seeing a problem where ghostview 1.5 under Solaris will ignore whichever printer name you enter and instead print to the default printer (defined by the PRINTER environment variable). Has anyone else seen this problem? I have searched and have only managed to find something that suggested setting Ghostview*printCommand: /usr/local/bin/lpr in ~/.Xdefaults and then doing an xrdb -merge, but this makes no difference. Thanks in advance Toby Blake University of Edinburgh ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOU MUST BE A LIST MEMBER IN ORDER TO POST TO THE LPRNG MAILING LIST The address you post from MUST be your subscription address If you need help, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or lprng-requests or lprng-digest-requests) with the word 'help' in the body.
