I am
sorry to have sent this double. I sent it once and because I did not see it
posted (in
a long time) I thought
I had
sent it to the wrong address so I tried another one!
I have
been reading the release notes on LPRng 3.7.4 where it says:
> ARGH ARGH ARGH... I fixed a problem with
signals (SIGINT) killing off
> the process waiting for a lock on a file descriptor, but I did
> it wrong.

guess this might be it. I did not point out that I am using ghostscript to do
the postscript to
PCL
conversion, but I guess you guys have figured that out.
Thanxs!

Hi,
I have installed LPRng-3.7.4 on RedHat 7. I created the printcap entry with RedHat's printtool.
Then I runed the checkpc -f command.
