Well, I changed my /etc/printcap file to this style:

And it appears that my problems went away.
Can anyone else confirm this behavor?
(What was happening before was the jobs would queue up and get stalled in the queue
from Windows 2000 Pro LPR clients only, but worked fine from NT 4.0 WS with LPR and
other linux clients.
