You're not the only one who found this new "feature". Now, if you go and
build LPRng with the infamous GDBM support turned on, you will get items
showing up as rank "hold". But then you'll have other problems.
Jobs with status "error" and "active" will simply show up as a number in the
ranking with GDBM support disabled.
