Try to put "send_try=0" ind the /etc/lpd.conf or, in the printcap in the section of the printer. Then LPRng tries infinite times to get the job done Dietmar -----Ursprngliche Nachricht----- Von: Majewski [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Gesendet: Mittwoch, 6. The rest of them vanishes followed by this messages: connection to printer@host failed - Address already in use job 'cfA497host.domain' transfer to myprinter@host failed after 1 attempts If I instead send them one at a time with a delay, all of the jobs are put in spool. This is a general problem and we have encountered it with more than one printer. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - YOU MUST BE A LIST MEMBER IN ORDER TO POST TO THE LPRNG MAILING LIST The address you post from MUST be your subscription address If you need help, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or lprng-requests or lprng-digest-requests) with the word 'help' in the body.
