Hi all,

Having trouble with checkpc on a Linux red Hat 7 box. All was installed
as root & checkpc run as root. I've seen message 8038 & have done the
-D2 etc but have no idea what I'm looking for.

I have installed all on a sun & it works fine.

LPRng-3.7.5 & ifhp-3.4.4.

[root@red99 libexec]# id
uid=0(root) gid=0(root)
groups=0(root),1(bin),2(daemon),3(sys),4(adm),6(disk),10(wheel),7(lp),3(sys),1(bin),2717(submit),4(adm),2719(tar),2(daemon)

[root@red99 libexec]# checkpc
 filter '/usr/local/libexec/filters/ifhp'- Permission denied

Permissions are....

[root@red99 libexec]# ls -l
drwxr-xr-x    2 root     root         4096 Aug 22 16:15 filters

[root@red99 libexec]# ls -l filters/
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       115184 Aug 22 16:15 ifhp
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        21512 Aug 22 16:15 textps
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root          292 Aug 22 16:15 wrapper

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
